Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Lab Plastic Injection Molded products produced at GS Industries have quality built into the product by people who care about their work.

Our technical/quality capabilities include quality checks on all products produced, on products manufactured each shift. Measurement data is recorded and maintained. Each plastic injection molded product has a Quality Spec sheet to identify critical measurements/tolerances, appropriate gauges and other measuring devices to use for testing.

Identification labels include product identification, order identification, operator ID# and date produced.

Our quality lab is equipped with an Optical Comparator, Instron, Macbeth Light, Densimeter, Macbeth Computerized Color System, Impact Testers and Durometer Testers.
